Dear John,

Happy New Year!  As a reminder, Triangle Neighbors' next meeting is Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the LVCC offices (867 W Buckingham Lower Level).  The meeting is 7PM to 8PM and will include an important discussion on the Brompton Auto Place (3532 N Halsted) that is requesting a zoning increase for a large (26 Units plus commercial space) structure.  They have presented before and have attempted to address some of the community's concerns.

Also, LVCC is co-sponsoring a series of personal safety and anti-crime seminars for business owners.  Watch your email for details.

See you next Wednesday!
John
MEETING AGENDA
We'll have updates from our standing committees and community groups:
IN MEMORY: BOB RUCKSTUHL - For your information, Bob Ruckstuhl passed away on Thanksgiving Day. Bob was a lifelong resident of Lakeview, a member of the "Triangle Neighbor's Association" and active in "CAPS". He was a man of many interests which include but I am sure not limited to the following...De Paul Geographical Society, an avid Chicago Symphony attendee and various benevolent ventures. This gentle man will be missed by his family, friends and neighbors.
