Dear John,
As a reminder, this weekend we will be having a special CAPS (Community Alternative Policing Strategy) meeting at 1AM on Friday night (Saturday morning) at Yoshi's (3257 N Halsted at Aldine).  Join with the Northalsted Area Merchants Association, the Chicago Police Department, and concerned residents to discuss and see first hand how Halsted is late at night.
Park construction continues at Space Park (815-817 W Roscoe).  The bricks for the wall are being delivered this week.  If you haven't gotten your brick, we're entering the last phase so purchase one today.   And be sure to check out
our Halloween Parade and your Triangle Neighbor's renewal notices.  Help us make the event (and the park) a success!
12th Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade
Friday, October 31st at 7PM.  Triangle Neighbors and Northalsted Area Merchants Association are proud to host the 12th Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade on October 31st.  This free event features categories for kids, pets, adults and groups and awards thousands of dollars in cash and prizes from local businesses.  There is also a special prize awarded for the costume best tied into this year's theme of "Rats".  We hope to see everything from Rat Pack, to Rugrats to Ratatouille.  Miss Foozie will be on the main stage at Roscoe and Halsted presenting the awards.  To participate, you must register at Spin between 5:30PM and 6:45PM that evening.  We are looking for volunteers to help so if you can spare two hours, we would greatly appreciate your help.  Learn more >>
